Refund policy

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your returns within 30 days of receipt.

All orders that initially qualified for free shipping will have applicable shipping and handling charges deducted from the refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Numbinggels.com is not responsible for shipping fees incurred during the return process. Exceptions will be made if a return is a result of our error such as damaged, defective or incorrect item sent. Numbinggels.com will gladly cover all shipping costs.

All returns must be under the original condition received and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on used items. Faulty and misleading returns will be subject to this fee as well.

CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #), please contact us to receive a RMA number. All returns are subject to inspection.

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to report any defective / damaged items. We will gladly pay for the shipping cost incurred for these items. All defective items reported after 30 days are not eligible for return

RETURNED TO SENDER Shipping and handling fee will be assessed UNLESS it was the result of our carrier's error. International orders will not be refunded Shipping and Handling fees if the package is returned due to reasons outside of our control such as Customs/Import regulations, Incorrect or Incomplete address. All international orders are subject to import taxes from your country. Numbinggels.com is not responsible for those fees.
